The view from the verandah is amazing. Very peaceful, disturbed only occasionally by the sounds of magpies, Butcher Birds, eagles, cranes and frogs. Watch carefully and you can see a Frog Mouth Owl which takes up the same spot nearly every day. Also saw goannas and bandicoots, and apparently the odd python turns up.

There’s a Balinese hut at the entrance to the property and also a meditation area overlooking the valley.

We ate organic food every day, most of it from Vili’s organic garden. Francesco also lives there and works as a masseuse at The Byron. Had a great pressure point massage courtesy of Francesco… thanks mate.

And the wine from Organic One… awesome! Our friend Frank Bonic has a real winner here. Nectar of the gods and good for you too. A rare combination.
